Our position
Get Best IPTV resells access to streams run by other operators. We store, record and broadcast nothing; what those operators send is their call, not ours.
A rights holder, or an agent acting for one, may send a notice about material reachable through the service and will hear back.
What a valid notice needs
A notice must include every item below before we can act on it:
- Your name, a postal address, and an email address or a phone number.
- The work you hold rights to.
- The material at issue, described clearly enough for it to be found.
- A statement, made in good faith, that the rights holder, their agent or the law does not permit the use.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and that you hold the rights or are authorized to act for the holder.
- A signature, on paper or electronic.
Where to send it
Mail it to Get Best IPTV, 509 Lake Ave, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071, USA, or send it through the contact page. A notice with an item missing is returned to you to finish before anything happens.
What happens next
A complete notice is forwarded to the operator running the stream, and we block access on our side where we can. Because the material is not on our servers, the removal itself is done by the operator.
Counter-notice
If something was removed in error, send a counter-notice with your contact details, a description of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
Repeat complaints
An account that draws repeated valid complaints is closed.
