The short version
Any time in the 60 days after you pay, one message gets the whole amount returned. No reason asked, no form.
How to get it
Message the word refund plus the account username on WhatsApp. We find the order and send the refund right away.
Get a refundRefunds that go out on their own
Any of these sends the money back without a request:
- The login took longer than the time we promised.
- One order was charged twice.
- A payment needed confirming and a week went by without an answer from you.
- The amount received fell short of the order and the gap stayed unpaid for a week.
When a refund does not apply
- The order is older than 60 days.
How long it takes
An approved refund goes back the way you paid, usually the same day. When it appears on your statement is up to your bank, most often two to five business days.
Paid with a prepaid method? A prepaid voucher cannot take a refund, so send a PayPal or Skrill address and the money is sent there instead.
