Get Best IPTV on a Firestick

Amazon's store does not carry IPTV players, so the stick has to be told once that installing from elsewhere is fine. That is the only extra step, and it takes a minute.

Setup help is free. Message us on WhatsApp and we go through these steps with you.

Get Downloader onto the stick

  1. 1.Go to Find on the Fire TV home screen and open Search.
  2. 2.Type Downloader and pick it when it appears.
  3. 3.Press Get on the orange Downloader tile and wait for the install to finish.
2

Allow Downloader to install apps

The switch sits in a different place depending on how new the stick is.

  1. 1.Newer sticks: open Settings, My Fire TV, About, and press the select button on the Fire TV Stick line seven times. Go back one screen, open Developer Options, and turn on Install unknown apps for Downloader.
  2. 2.Older sticks: Settings, My Fire TV, Developer Options, and set Apps from Unknown Sources to on.
Good to know. Amazon removed Developer Options from the menu in a software update. The seven presses on the About screen put it back.

Get a player and sign in

In Downloader, type the app address from your WhatsApp message and install what it fetches. Three good choices:

  • TiviMate

    Paid

The strongest guide and recording. A license covers up to five devices.

  • IBO Player Pro

    Paid

A free week, then a single payment. The 12-month plan includes a year of it.

  • IPTV Smarters

    Free

Plain and free, and enough for most living rooms.

Open the player, choose the Xtream Codes sign-in, and type the username, password and server address from the message. The list and the guide fill in by themselves.

Rather not sideload? An Android box or Chromecast takes the same players from the Play Store, and a Roku or a Samsung or LG TV needs no stick at all. Whichever you pick, open the full channel list first.
